    35cc "V" Twin

Looking good mate! Why not just add the extra relief to the pistons in the correct direction? I can't see any downside to having the side relief as well, most full size engines relieve the sides of the pistons to decrease friction.

    Ford 300 Inline Six

Wow! That before and after blasting pics of the valve cover lettering really show how much of a difference that process makes to the appearance of the parts. I am following along very closely as I'm currently part way through building a CNC router and have aspirations to use it to make some...

30cc Inline Twin 4-stroke Engine based on Westbury's Wallaby

Great idea bonding the cylinder head together from 2 parts! Roy Amsbury's V8 used a built up cylinder head as well, though it's silver soldered brass, so it has been done before successfully :)

    searching any DOHC 4Valve Head

I designed this engine up in some free time, but it's a completely theoretical design. No idea if it would work or not. If you want I can see if I still have the Solidworks files for it. The rest of the engine isn't great, but I was pretty happy with the modelling of that cylinder head...

    Model locomotive 5" gauge

I'll vote for the Blowfly as a great first locomotive. It has slip eccentric valve gear, the axle boxes ride in the frames, it's an 0-4-0. Many little touches to make it simpler to build.
