If anyone is near Rhode Island there is a great steam engine museum that hosts a steam-up every year. Steam engines, compressed air, I.C. engines, and antique cars.

I'll be there as an exibitor between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Thanks Chris for putting that slide show together and sharing it with us. Some fine looking engines there on display. I can hear that big Corliss slowly clacking away and can also picture its long connecting rod majestically gliding back and forth. Also, it is interesting to see the number of engines used for marine applications, here in the Midwest we do not see to many obviously, as they were not as prominent as they were closer to the major waterways.
