My 3rd post and 2nd completed engine which actually runs!!! Not for too long though. Admittedly almost every part was made twice but then, I'm still learning and had lots of fun making it.
I am so relieved it actually runs. Being a newbie, this has done heaps for my confidence in this hobby. Hope this works - my first attempt at YouTube - [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZLL79I0gzk[/ame]. Couldn't upload the URL.
Thanks to Jan Ridders for the plans and a big thank you to of you for all the information I have gleaned from your posts. I have the utmost respect for (almost) all you.
My next project will hopefully be the Jerry Howell 'Powerhouse'. According to the website it is classified as 'experience level 1', i.e. easy??? so hopefully I'll manage it. I need to make fumes!
