Ssorrty to post here but i know some of you are on both lists.

Started Saturday night with no access and today it's really slow, that slow it often times out whist waiting for a page to load.

Others sites are OK, Inet / ISP seems OK, anybody else having this problem ?
Traffic is very light so possibly others having same problem ?

Tried 3 times to post this on MM but timed out all 3 times.

Those are symptoms of a server "doing things other than desired".

The operators of these servers will clean the bugs out eventually if that is what has happened. Lots of machines on those farms, so it might take some time to get to all of them, especially if there has been an outbreak across multiple platforms.

Symptoms of a world hell bent on having the best "cyberwarfare" capabilities :-\
