Or the Year of the Golden Monkey? Before going to the London Model Engineering Show last weekend, I saw and bought a lovely little Myford ML10 complete with all sorts of goodies- for less than the price of the goodies.
So instead of buying a new lathe there, I came back with a self centring 4 jaw( which I've always wanted), a George Thomas book because mine is now virtually unreadable and an order for a power feed for my mill drill.
Suffice to say that the instructions are in some gobbledegook and I'm rather glad that I've already accepted two invitations for the Chinese New Year celebrations.
Frankly, I think that I'm going to need all the help that I can get.:hDe:
