There is so much to learn about this camera I decided to do a little experimenting with depth of field shots.

I tried many modes but the only one that would work well is the Manual mode.
I shot several pictures of the 2 3/4" car and the 2 posted show the most dramatic difference that can be obtained.

Both were shot in SuperMacro Mode with AF Servo and Contionous AF turned OFF because it kept wanting to "hunt"

Picture # 1 was shot at f8 @ 1/5"
Picture # 2 was shot at f2.8 @ 1/30"
ISO 100 was selected because anything above that was too noisey.
I also used the f8 and f2.8 because they are at both ends of the lens.
So IF you have the available light shoot at the smallest f stop and the lowest ISO possible.
