    Bending Copper tubing??

    i've been successful with filling the tube with a soft medium. plug both ends and fill with sand. i'v also filled tubes with solder and once its shaped melt it back out.worked every time. good luck

    304 and 316 ss wants sharp tools, slow speed and coolant.it cuts nice just keep it cool. it also has a good memory so if you heat it up there's a good chance it will deform when it cools down.i cut it everyday for about 10 yrs. ,once you get used to it you start to enjoy it, just remember no...

    be careful it dosen't close up on the blade, if its hot rolled turn the skin off and use lots of coolant,back off the blade lots too to take care of any stresses on the blade.the bigger the pc. the bigger the chance of the steel closing up on the blade and breaking it.
