I made several engine before this from casting I made, the best way to make patterns is to have something to look at and scale down for the size When it comes to casting it you will have many failures. You should design your pattern for machining so it be held firmly in the mill to start

Hi this engine is my own design the air is feed on the back side to each cylinder this is working ok, the problem is the crankshaft doesn't stay the same as it turns to keep in time. you can see by the picture the rotor is the problem.

I was needing the solution for my engine on the crankshaft does not turn like it should causing it to lose timing any one know the solution.

the mag works it using peso from a charcoal lighter you have to change the cam and a way to stop it doing the coasting other wise the peso doesn't last, I made it look like a Wico.

sorry I am late with a reply, without a oil ring it spits oil on the engine so I added the tube, for easer clean up

nice fine, it looks like it has the crankshaft casting that wasn't suppled in my kit. I purchased mine in the 80s
