6 cylinder steam engine

I was needing the solution for my engine on the crankshaft does not turn like it should causing it to lose timing any one know the solution.

Hi this engine is my own design the air is feed on the back side to each cylinder this is working ok, the problem is the crankshaft doesn't stay the same as it turns to keep in time. you can see by the picture the rotor is the problem.
