Was given basket case (all parts there) and can not figure the install of bezel with the spring that holds it on.??? Bob

Bored out threads from Cincinnati half nut and will install new Spool Insert. Was hopping for a way to solder in with 60/40 solder and then maybe 4 1/16 roll pins. Will not be a lot of material on nuts when done machining (1/8" ) so looking for max strength. Will oven solder work? Bob

Inset options? repairing half nut - can I feed right to left back side of bore in reverse and use a 16er 8 acme insert -or will the tooth profile be wrong. Will make a new barrel and then cut away remains of threads and solder in .Bob

Trying to find pressure angle so I can order cutter. 30 Tooth OD 1.7273 DP 22. Tried comparing prints but my eyes are no help. Was thinking 14.5 but concerned Cincinnati may have used proprietary angle ( new $1200.46) Is there a tooth to tooth measurement?? This is the gear it contacts. Bob...
