    hi everybody I'm new here firstly a bit about me, did an apprenticeship with the Mod in Wales straight from leaving school then relocated to the south coast of England where i currently work for an engineering company mainly making bits for satellites, working on 3 axis cnc milling machines...

    hi Peter yes there is a taper on the cylinders just a little bit to make it my own i used lead to balance the crank, put a heavy chamfer on each side of the hole then fill them up with molten lead fingers crossed this will work ???

    hi Sam the push rods are not long what you can see is the bolts to adjust the valve movment as the timing is not done yet i haven't trimmed them down sory no build pics though most of it was done on a C.N.C vertical machinin center thanks for the reply ;D

    Hi Mo can you (or anyone) give me sme advice on how to set the timing for this engine, I have built one and this is the last thing to do but i have no info on how thanks Bananaman
