I went to the link and was able to download the site as well as a PDF of the engine. I am going to attemp to rework the drawings in solid works and see how they come out. ;D

WoW I have only been using a EDM machine for a few months and you pictures have told me, I have a long way to go. I use it for a varity of things but know I must try a minature gear. If you have time I would like to see some more receant things you have managed to cut. :bow:

I just recently cuta few gears on a machine called and EDM (electrical discharge machining) it holds extremely tight tolerances and cuts beautiful gears. However this is most likely outside the realm of most home machinist. But if your friend has the budget for it he can most likely find a shop...
