    Material? What I have laying around.. Might be a problem but will tackle that when it becomes one. Piston 6061, cylinder liner is a piece of pipe from hardware store, Rings will be grey iron, crank 12L14, valves and cam drill rod. For tight push fit pins I use undersize reamers.

    This catalog has any seal part# you may need organized by I.D. and Timken #s are easy to cross. The most important pages are 18-24 to pick the desired material (S) for nitrile, 33-34 to pick the style, and 35-156 to?pick part# by size 0.156" -16.250"?metric or standard.?

    Some stuff I do a rough drawing on but nothing like what you are talking about. Things like the crank and cam where it needs to fit I have to draw something out so I know where to stop. Lol

    I use allelectronics.com all the time. Fast shipping and great prices. Inventory changes often and they send a quarterly catalog for free. So if you see somthing you like get it and don't wait or it may not be there in the future. Jasen

    Finished piston/rod assembly, but I will replace those weak machine screws for something stronger for final assembly.
