    Stuart S50 - Replacing mild steel shafts with stainless steel shafts.

    After a bit of advice please. I have a Stuart Progress and a S50 to refurbish. All the shafts are corroded and I want to replace them. Is there any problem in replacing the shafts with Stainless Steel, rather than mild steel? Thank you 😊

    Hole in cylinder wall

    Hi Guys, I am after a bit of advice please. I have a small blind hole half way down a cast iron cylinder bore. The hole is approx. 1/8" dia. across and 1/8" deep. Is it worth trying to fill the hole or is there anything else I can do? Many thanks, Sarah
