    Elmer's #11 Radial

I'll follow your progress with interest. Just started on the same engine. But I do it on a manual lathe and mill and on a slow tempo. I like your cylinder design.

rocker engine - my third engine

I have already made some parts. The base, flywheel and some small parts are ready. Now I'm working on the cilinder. There is a story for the "special" design flywheel I pilotdrilled 6 holes, then I drilled some bigger. I made the first hole 8mm, following my calculations (inch to metric)...

    Captive nut

I showed the pic of the captive nut to my colleague. He wondered how i made it. Tomorrow is his birthday so I made him this little present. It is M6 on the outside and M3 inside.

    Captive nut

I've never made thread on the lathe. This was a fun way to learn. The inside thread was made with a tap. All outside thread with the lathe. M6 inside an M10 outside.

    Elmer's #8 Scotty

Hey Geoff, I was thinking about the small rocker engine. But Elmer's radial is also on my wishlist. Hello Zapjack, I live in Bentille. That is a very small village in Oost-Vlaanderen. Close to the border with the Netherlands. I learned a lot during this 2 builds and I will and I hope my next...

    Elmer's #8 scotty - my second engine

It was not the intention to make a video before it was finished. But on request everything is possible. Tadaa... it is running at 2 bar in the video. It stalls at 1 bar. I hope that will drop after running in. http://youtu.be/4ee6P1R4Khg The flywheel is somewhat wobbly for the rest I am...
