    hss should be fine as your only cutting aluminium i would try with some wd40 as a lube but really should be no problam

    just a thourt but no crane needed if you find one that you can fit in the door ? mate rollers and time is all thats needed or a slight strip of gards and the like it can be dun ! never stop looking

    ok so i made a start ! happy so far but the boss wont be lol i killed a 100 buck end mill on the top piece i have no idea of the grade of stainless but im never going near that hex bar agan !
