Hi guys, I’ve been riding Harleys for 30 years, I have a replica engines 1/5 scale knuckle head engine , see pic and they are great little runners. Does anyone have the flathead (sidevalve) engine drawings at all? I’d love to have a go a building one. Thank you.

Hey Brian, I had to laugh. A couple of weeks ago you were saying that you were over building engines for awhile. Haha so much for that. Once the bug has you, it won’t let go in a hurry. Love the new engine btw.

You might find kero is easier to find in your country than others mate. For example kero is quite expensive over here in Australia as it’s only available in 1 or 2 litre bottles. It used to be available at the bowser in service stations years ago but it’s not used all that much here anymore.

Sounds like something the Irish would do 😜
