Ex RN Aeronautical Engineer after serving five year apprenticeship and then 36 years initially specialising in engines, and subsequently moved onto Tandem Rotor Helicopters after 1981. Currently a Senior Manager within a large RN Training Establishment. I built my first steam engine, a Stuart mill engine, for my O level project at school, and have been finding weird things in lumps of metal ever since.
