    Mickey, From what I can see, you're mounting the blade on a brass arbour. If the blade slips under load (and brass can be a bit slippery), it's likely that the hole in the blade will chew into the brass, damaging it and allowing the blade to run eccentric. I've just rebuilt a Startrite table...
