I am about to purchase a small model marine boiler and burner.
I have a choice as to what type fuel to use and I’m looking for suggestions.
My choices are methanol alcohol or propane/butane.
I'm looking at something in the order of 75 mm dia. x 120 mm length/height of a boiler...
Are you sure that it is a metal turning lathe?
All I could find were wood Dunlap wood turning lathes.
Also the amount of tooling that is included is important.
I will give my projects to others and sell my unused castings on eBay.
I feel that I no longer need additional funds from selling a finished project on eBay and the ending sales price is beyond many beginners or folks just wanting one.

I have an assortment of assorted 6 or so, rounds and flats in assorted metal types that I would like to store by category (possibly stacking some).
Im wondering what types of storage devices are popular with home machinists.

Im in the thinking / planning stage of building a replica of an early horseless carriage.
My thought is to use ¼ x ½ solid brass for the frame which will be approximately 4 x 17.
