Yes you've answered my question about timing thanks.-------I use Bimba cyls. exclusivly at work building machines& thier great, but I don't think they would work with steam because they have a rubber o-ring on the piston and I think it would swell up under steam

What is the material your cutting? I mill lots of 6061-T6 aluminum& a 45 deg. 2 flute end mill works fine for me

Hi Don I use a surface grinder& 99% of the time it on O-1 tool steel, I have a cool-mist tank&sprayer hook up on it and it works fine with cool-mist coolant and water mixture with aery little overspray off the wheel
