    Made A Painfull Mistake!!

    I was using what I guess is called A hobby chop saw, It has about a 4"X6" base with a 2"X.020" blade doing 7200rpm. The on/off switch is located above & behind the blade.     Yes you've answered my question about timing thanks.-------I use Bimba cyls. exclusivly at work building machines& thier great, but I don't think they would work with steam because they have a rubber o-ring on the piston and I think it would swell up under steam

    One Good and One Bad Setup on the Mill

    surface grinder uses

    Hi Don I use a surface grinder& 99% of the time it on O-1 tool steel, I have a cool-mist tank&sprayer hook up on it and it works fine with cool-mist coolant and water mixture with aery little overspray off the wheel
