Good morning, I have a repair that I need done on a steam engine crank shaft. any ideas who might be able to do this. That rod journal is loose

I bought this engine online of course it isnt in great shape. Have never seen this exact engine anywhere. The flywheel end has a loose rod journal. You can see the where it has been wobbling in the counter weight. I would like to get this repaired by someone with a higher skill set than I have...
