I purchased a mini lathe in Dec 2017 and quickly caught the model engineering bug. My YouTube channel 'Learning Turning Metal' documents my progress. So far I've made Stuart 10v, s50 and half beam steam engines. I'm currently making a Jerry Howell Farm Boy hit n miss engine. I receive lots of advice from more experienced model engineers, and my videos also help others venture into this fantastic hobby.
