    I'm new but used to work for a Honda Marine dealership and know the insides of engines well so.... Honda themselves may well be able to supply a valve seat cutter but not sure it'll stretch to +1mm, I never had to use one. +0.5mm was available as a standard oversize for a lot of engines...
