I have confirmed that the 2 spade red and 4 spade black wire needed to be switched. Thanks.

PM recieved... I dont see any T# designated terminals, but i did find the middle stud has a 4 next to the spade part of the lug and the black wire from that goes to a switch that the other side of goes to the capacitor, and the spade for lug L2 is labeled 2 and goes to a small red wire that goes...

I tried reversing the spade leads from the switch to the motor and it still turns the same way i dont suppose reversing the lug leads will help as the get power from the same spade leads from the switch

how can i tell? there is a capacitor on the side, so i would switch l1 and l2? i assume the unlabeled middle post is N and the spade black is ground?
