Here we are---All set up in my simple "concentricity jig", Loctited, with just about every vice grip style clamp that I own!!! I have this setting under a 60 watt bulb to help keep it warm to set the Loctite, and I won't disturb it untill Sunday. there is a 1/16" counterbore in that peice of aluminum plate to center the rim, and a drilled and reamed hole through the center holding a turned "plug" to center the hub.

Well!!! That turned out absolutely lovely!!! There was no way I could wait untill Sunday, so about 2 hours ago I pulled it out of the fixture, stuck it back in the lathe to take a skim cut on both sides and the face and put two #5-40 set screws in the hub. I am VERY happy with this. You would never think to look at it that it is made from 9 seperate parts. It feels very solid, and is going to look really good on the popcorn engine.

That is an awesome flywheel Brian! ;D

I am sure it is going to look killer on the popcorn when it is done!
