And a pretty simple project it was!!! One of my hotrod friends installed sound deadener and new thicker carpet in his 30's vintage hotrod over the winter, and now his floor mounted starter button is too short. He was trying to find an extension for it, so I told him that since I was having a rather boring March morning, I would build him one. I hunted around in my scrap bin untill I found a peice of 15/16" cold rolled, and in about an hour (yes, I know I'm slow), had whittlesd out an extension for him to epoxy onto the existing starter switch.

It sure is nice to be able to have the equipment to stuff like that. I enjoy quick gratification projects as much as I do the longer harder ones.;)
