Where is IExplorer Cookie List in Vista Basic?

I want to edit the Cookies list and can't find it in Windows Vista Basic. I always use to find it with older versions of Windows. Maybe I am not as computer savy as I once was because I can't find it in Vista. :'(

Take a look in

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\

I'm having the same problem.
After users I get default, home and public options. I choose home and go thru the other steps and at the end there is no cookies on the list. Same thing for default and public.

Any ideas?

It could be that those folders and files are marked hidden. Here’s a couple of links to Microsoft web pages that tells you how to make hidden folders/files visible. Hope this helps.
