What's that saying? 'Measure twice, cut once'

I marked out my 2 clamps which were meant to be identical.

I got interrupted before I marked out the second one and went by memory.
Big mistake.
As you can see the slot on the left was cut considerably longer, and I even managed to drill the end hole off line too.
I don't own any slot mills yet so had to use end mills in a pre-drilled hole.

Luckily as its just a clamp the extra long slot won't effect it working.
