What engine is this?

Does anyone know this engine, I bought it at an estate and would like to get plans for it.

Starnovice: Your casting kit is for a Flame Licker Vacuum engine. There were two write ups in Popular Science magazine. Feb. 1950 on pages 206 thru 212, and Sept. 1959, pages 150 and 151. It was sold by GENREX, INC---77 Greenwood AVE.---Midland Park , New Jersey for $11.00, (most likely out of business by now). Directions to build are in the 1950 write up if I remember correctly. A fairly easy build but it must be built with tight tolerances.

I have a short video of mine running , you can see it and my other model engines on You Tube-----user name ---parkerdjte model engine videos. This was my first engine to run on it's own and not need a air compressor or boiler.
