Webster costs

I have a friend that ask if I would sell my Webster if not, what it would cost to make one. I had not given it any thought to selling one prior to him asking, and I don't ever remember seeing one for sale. Has anyone sold one? Or seen one priced.

I haven't ever seen one sold and I would think it would be very hard to put a price on something like that, if it's any help if a small running engine is what they are after that they could tinker with, this is something that i have seen that would be worth a look:
