On to the plater gears......72 teeth it will be a while

On plater gear cut....bore it out machine the spline all good I hope .

Think I'll change the design for the others it's a lot of blind broaching and fitting
Bore it and the first on tomorrow

Light up the foundry on the weekend....see how it goes ......caps finished but paint.

Well ...it went
Box lifted on the intermediate gear usable but more grinding and filing for sure
Clutch gear ok and the cover plate for the intermediate gear is good

On to the pattern shop to make the bracket.....

Steering gear brackets and intermediate gear mount ...finally in iron

Well won't go out the man door lol 34 in wide...still alot to do but should be rolling by end of May ...

On all four lol ....still have the steering gears stand and clutch to finish .... never ends .....

Finally moving under it own power .....think I should clean the shop lol

Ok... clutch is finished ....on to the lever and other parts that make it work lol
