I been struggling like others making good seal valve seat. Thanks to Brian Rupnow many articles, i made a valve cutter following his advise. The tool works perfectly, btw i use Brian Rupnow suggestion on 90 degree included angle for valve seat and 92 degree included angle for valve. The seat width is 0.2 to 0.3 mm width. For lapping i use Autosol metal polish, seems like working. The valve design from "David Kerzel" horizontal hit and miss.

I got challenge making the relief angle on valve cutter, and also sharpening the tool, i worry so much grinding the cutting edge "fewww".i need to do more practice on this, if anyone have tips please help me out.

I made a valve tester, with bicycle pump. It help alot on testing my valve lapping and valve seat cutting skills. I also come across article to test the valve in every 60 degree angle, i total miss this steps on first attempt.
I attached some photos of my valve cutter tools, valve, valve seat and valve tester.

Brian Rupnow thanks again sharing your knowledge, i learn a lot. From zero to now i can make valve that can seal.
