In the video we can see a test with an extension tube for the carburetor and everything works well, the second part of the video is with the work as it should.
If the carburetor is too close to the engine, as the engine is air-cooled, the duct and carburetor will heat up and the fuel will vaporize before the engine can "swallow" it.

The engine heats up then it is better to add the cooling unit, to avoid touching the cylinder I preferred to add the cooling collar, this piece is held by two metal bands
