I keep getting the alarm "Uploads Directory Not Writable".
After various attempts I think the problem is at the HMEM end.
Or is it me ?

No, its not you, we have a problem which has not yet been resolved.
Kevin is looking to find the solution. Me I'm just sitting here typing a response......no idea what may be wrong.
I know this doesn't help much but please be patient.
Meanwhile using a hosting service such as photobucket works just fine and images are linked to this site.
