Let's see, where to begin...

1) There's always the need for small tooling for the mill and lathe.
2) Another pair of electronic calipers.
3) A pair of DROs, one each for the mill and lathe.
4) A table feed fopr the mill.
5) Metal stock of all flavors, shapes and sizes.
6) English wheel, slip roll, sheer and brake.
7) Vertical band saw.
8) CNC metal cutter.
9) A place to put it all!
10) Time to utilize it would be nice, too!

I just KNEW I was forgetting something!!!!

- Larger Mill & Lathe
- Bigger shop to house everything
- Better power and light in the shop (working on that one this weekend)
- Surface grinder
- Brass prices from many years ago.
- Some 1/8" end mills that don't suck.

Next on my list is a Bridgeport 9x49 J head, or a quality clone. After that I'd like to find a solid 6x18 surface grinder.

An unlimited source of money to buy all the spiffy toys, and materials, that I want. :D

Rick,
When (if) you get the belt adjuster let me know how you like it

I made one from an article in Home Shop or Projects in Metal

use it all the time but not real fond of the set -up.
My set-up has two belts to develope high and low speeds which is a hassel keeping up with the one you are not using.

I did this conversion after the second plastic gear crash. First I made a alumuiam gear to replace the plastic one. I deemed this to be to noisy. That is why I went to the belt

PS if anyone is interested I can post pictures
