That Darn Z axis

That d$m z got me again today. Broke 3 circuit board drills. The first was miss placed decimal, was suppose to be .0625, but some how it was 0.6. DUH!

The next two I broke with the collet wrench, changing bits.:wall:

Do not feel so bad, those carbide circuit board drill break just watching them.

Hey I broke an end mill at work tonight due to running the spindle backwards. There are two in the shop and I'm beginning to believe the spindle power switches are wired up backwards.
