Almost complete ;D

I should have the polishing done by wednesday.

Those turned out pretty nice! They should polish up real good. Do you have a buffer, or are ou doing it by hand? I'll have to post some pictures of the buffer that I made.

Wes

They look really great, you don't hang about do you!, BTW I'm hoping to get the bases done for next week as I'm a bit snowed under with other work and stuff, so I can't get in the shop for a few days still.

Giles

Polishing is taking a little longer than expected. I have them all sanded smooth and would like to go over them again with something like 1500 or finer before buffing. I'm going to be slightly delayed due to a family items.

My 92 year old grandmother passed this week. I may find some time to polish early next week. Spending time in the shop is therapeutic for me.

Jadecy Sorry to hear about your Grandmother.

It's ALWAYS family FIRST in every aspect of life.
I do understand how shop time is therapeutic!

Rick

Jadecy, I too am sorry for your loss. The parts look great. No need to rush. Spend time with your family.
Tim

Thanks for all your thoughts.

I finished polishing them tonight. They are done! This is the first time I've used a buffing wheel so they are not perfect but I think they came out real nice. I chased all the threads and checked all the holes. They should be good to go.
