Gents.
I am looking for info on the Stuart type 4000 boiler .
I purchased an unused but incomplete one recently , and am looking to build a flue to replace the missing item .
So pictures would be of great help.
I am also looking for details of the gas burner , used for this boiler , again pictures would be very helpfull .
Thanks .

I think you will have more luck looking and asking for the Cheddar 4000 boiler, this was sold with the Stuarts name on it when they owned Cheddar models.

Flue looks to be just an elbow with a short extension so you should be able to use a large dia endfeed copper plumbing fitting.

Wow !
Thanks for that , I did not know that they were built by Cheddar .
That is just the sort of info I am looking for .
A new avenue of web searching opens up .
I was thinking of using a cast brass elbow fitting , and machined ends , silver soldered into place ( which was why I was looking for pictures , so as to get the correct profile).

I have a picture in a Stuart catalogue if it's of interest but it's of the wrong end to give much detail of the flue. A burner is listed but not shown.
