step over charts

Can anybody help me create a step over chart for a 25Rad with 1.5drg step over, as im struggling to get marvs programs running (ballcut & roundover) on my all singing all dancing windoze 7 paperweight :redface2:! I was hoping to do it using excel but i cant remember for the life of me how to do it. Im just about ready to *knuppel2* it!!!

Arnold claims my programs will run under DosBox on W7. I haven't tried it because I use XP but it might be worth a try.
