Something is wrong

Hi all, I am having a problem which appears to occur on this forum only.
First the box that showed the first lines of a post when you hold your curser over the title are not there. Neither does it work on the smilies when I am posting.

Second when writing posts long enough to need a slider bar the enter key was moving a space as well as returning and the last line of my typing was hidden.

Any ideas please?

If you have just updated to IE8, then that sometimes causes the problems you are talking about.

It is still full of bugs, as usual for a Microsoft release.

If you did do an update to IE8, just go to your uninstall, and get rid of it, IE7 will automatically still be there as though nothing had ever happened.

mmmm yes we did update but I didn't think it was that because the only problem I have noticed is with this forum. Anyway, had a look in programs and no7 isn't shown. How can we be sure it is still there?

I would suggest you try the Mozilla Firefox3.5 browser.
It is faster than IE and has far fewer bugs in it.

Hi All i use IE8 and found you need to click on the compatibility button , works fine for me

Guess what, it's working again now and I havn't done a thing.

I gave up on Internet Exploder a long time ago. Recently I moved away from FireFox and now I am using SeaMonkey. No...not a joke.
