Hiya Baz, the little trim saw blade I'm using is only .055"/1.4mm thick.
The picture was taken when it was brand new. Before switching to climb-cutting it used to jam all the time. Matter of fact, 4 teeth snapped off it since the pic. I bought a new one months ago but have never installed it because you can't tell the difference (whilst climb-cutting.) Maybe that's a new hot tip; remove some teeth for chip evacuation?
