Definitely looks to be a Vertex copy.

Normally I think they now come with 3 T-slots, but the one you have shown has 4, just like my original Vertex 6", but it also looks to have a converter plate to mount the 3 bolt chuck.

There is something in the write up that somehow doesn't ring true, that is the oil bath inside of the casting. If I tried that on mine, my machine would be covered in oil as there is a bearing and other bits underneath that would let the oil straight out. Maybe it means it has an oiling point, like mine, but that is just for general lubrication of the rotating table part.
I can't advise you on the cost as I come from a different country.

Oh John, you didn't read it properly, it says IOL not OIL.

IOL isn't runny like oil:hDe:

That looks like a nice tool for the money. Just a chuck could cost as much as they want for the whole deal.
