Thats pretty standard in diamond wheels. So no this isn't some "Chinglish" it has been around a long time it the manufacturing industry. Cubic Boron Nitride is the 2nd hardest known substance. I believe these wheels the majority of the substance is Cubic Boron Nitride but with diamond chips also embedded within.
We've used these type wheels for a long time now where I work and I purchased a cheep one and it works just as good as the high dollar wheels we use at work.And it seems to be standing up good to.
