So are you going to make the cylinder out of plastic or is that just a placeholder?

The white column you see in pics is the semi finished cylinder. Bored the ID on Brother in Law's larger lathe. Got a good sliding fit with the piston. Working on the lower mounting plate and will do a top cover in Brass to dress up. Currently mill less due to having sold my small mill. Ordered unit w/3axis DRO, should arrive soon. Have weekend access to BIL's Bridgeport any time I need it.
Have High hopes of having a running engine by Christmas of 2018!
