Rolling Road for 16mm narrow gauge loco

I'm looking into building a 16mm narrow gauge loco such as the Cracker. As I don't have any desire or reason to build a Garden RR layout, I thought about a Rolling Road to run the loco on for those rare occasions I want to 'show off'...
Anyone built, designed or know of a build thread for inspiration?
