Back to Machinery

My Drilling and Grinding Spindles and my Vertical Milling and Graduating Slide came from Troutbeck near Keswick from G.Potts. They are rather scarce now

Further South bu just in the English Lake District was Tubal Cain's retirement from Darlington and a large number of designs which are still copied today.

Hope this is of somme interest

Bravo on becoming an entrepreneur. As a serial entrepreneur having built and sold 4 companies, I can tell you it is not easy; the hours are long, the worries endless, you work for a tyrant and you must have an understanding and supportive spouse (if you are married). That being said, there is great satisfaction if you succeed, however you define success.
