Posting Screen Shots

Hi,
I used to write operating manuals awhile ago and I remember using the "ALT-PRINTSCREEN" trick to put a screen shot from an application into say an MS Word document or whatever by pasting the screen shot. Can this be done on message boards such as this?

It can be done.

Capture your screen image and then load it into, say photobucket, then post it as an image in your message.

That's how I've done it in the past but there may be a better way. If there is I for one would like to learn how.

I use the free (naturally) Screenhunter. This saves in BMP, so I usually rename and save as a jpg before posting.
