If you purchase about 20 mills you could use Shipping contain and buy 20 mills.
A shipping contains can hold about 20 mills.
The last time I had use Shipping contain it $6,000.00
That breaks down to $300.00 for each mill.

All any to is just find 19 friends that needs a new mill.

the final cost is under $3,300.00 for new mill.

I have found, a few different items on eBay and Amazon that had shipping cost that exceeded the cost of the item.

I seen a lot in last 3 years.
The mill i think you could come by a lower shipping.
There are shipping companies that will pack a shipping container at lot lower prices it like a Command carry but oversea shipping.
I have used this type shipping to Alaska.
