A really beautiful piece of work. You are surely keeping the family tradition alive. It is amazing what some of our forebearers built without very much in the way of equipment.

If you managed to wind back to the picture of my Great Grandfathers engine, the flywheel spokes are watch winders! Which leads me to the conclusion that the screws and may be other parts all have the same source.

I realized your great grandfathers engine was small but I didn't really realize just how small until I saw what size your Victoria was. I like the idea of having the flywheel partially in the base, certainly closer to usual practice with full size horizontal engines.
Using watch winders was a novel idea. Back then a lot of stuff was re purposed for model engines, my grandfather made a small steam engine about 1912 and used rifle cartridges for the steam connections.
